Road Guardian’s first product is designed to help prevent unauthorized use of your car or other motorized vehicles using our patent pending system. Once installed, the system blocks the vehicle from being started unless it wirelessly connects to an authorized device.

Each purchase includes two components:

• The main lock unit — designed as an “install and forget” device that remains installed in the vehicle.

• A USB authorization unit — when connected to a powered USB port, it automatically connects to the lock and allows authorized vehicle operation. This unit is also used to add authorized users.

Why Choose Road Guardian?

We made our products with the idea of "ease of use" in mind.

Once installed, it requires no extra steps on your part. Walk up and go just like any other day.

Is The Engine Lock Compatible With My Car?

All standard cars will accept the engine lock. From your original Model T to your high-end sport car.

As of right now we do not recommend trying to install this on electric and hybrid vehicles as their systems are different and will require installation that will be different from standard installation.

However, we are working towards making the engine lock work for all cars and soon we will have a solution for everyone.

Why Shouldn't I Go With a Normal Kill Switch

Traditional kill switches rely on a hidden physical switch or button. If discovered, they can often be bypassed or disabled.

Road Guardian takes a different approach.

Instead of requiring manual activation, Road Guardian automatically connects to your authorized device, allowing seamless vehicle access without the need to flip switches or interact with hidden hardware.

Because there is no exposed switch to locate or manipulate, the system can be installed in a more secure, concealed location that is significantly more difficult to access or tamper with.

Road Guardian is designed to authenticate only authorized users and helps prevent common bypass methods such as basic hot-wiring attempts, reprogramming the car or unauthorized physical access to a traditional kill switch.

In short, it provides a smarter, more discreet layer of vehicle security designed to stay out of sight — and under your control.
