Order Processing

All current orders are considered pre-orders.

We are currently targeting initial shipments beginning around the end of November 2026. Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may change as production progresses.

Customers will receive a confirmation email after placing an order and will receive tracking information once orders begin shipping.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Road Guardian ships within the United States.

We may expand shipping availability in the future.

Delivery Estimates

Once orders have shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Road Guardian is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Road Guardian is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at roadguardianllc@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can help review the issue.
